“The problem with quotes on the Internet is that you never know if they are genuine”–Abraham Lincoln
Be assured that all of the Cosmic Quotes on this site are genuine. As in, “I have genuinely researched all of them–on the Internet.” This one included.
Unless you mean an Abraham Lincoln who wasn’t President of the USA in the mid-19th century, I very much doubt your opening quote is genuine 😉
I absolutely genuinely researched it. On the Internet. I have no idea which Abraham Lincoln it was referring to. 😉
🙂
Smiles always appreciated.
I REALLY hate it when quotes are used incorrectly in a sign, for example, in the window of a diner: We serve breakfast “all day.” What does that mean? That they don’t or that “all day” means different things to different people?
Haha, I love it!
stealing this – thanks.
And I didn’t? 😉
Yes, this is not the first time I’ve seen that absolutely genuine quote, but it is the first time I’ve seen it paired with Pinocchio. Nice choice. Being able to see connections among things that other people cannot see is a very nice character trait indeed.
